Clark County 4-H Corporation, Purdue Extension Annual Meeting to be held Monday, October 22nd


A joint Annual Meeting of the Clark County 4-H Corporation and the Purdue Extension-Clark County will be held on Monday, October 22nd, at 6:30 pm. Doors open at 6:00pm.  The program will be conducted in the Food Stand at the Clark County 4-H Center.

A catered meal will be served as part of the annual meeting. The cost of the meal will be $10 per person, payable at the door the night of the meeting. However, RESERVATIONS are REQUIRED on or before 12:00 noon on October 19th.  Call the Purdue Extension-Clark County office at 256-4591 to make reservations.

While advance payment for meals is not required, cancellations made after noon on October 19th or “no shows” on the night of the event will be billed for the full cost of their meals reserved. 


In addition to a featured program, there will be program area reports from Marilyn Sink, HHS Educator/CED, Katie Whiteford, 4-H Educator and Simon Kafari, ANR Educator.  The election of 4-H Corporation Board members and Purdue Extension Board members will also be part of the Annual Meeting.  The 4-H Corporation Board supports the State 4-H program and their mission to provide real-life educational opportunities offered by the County Extension and delivered by Purdue Educators.  The Extension Board supports and directs the County Extension main educational objectives that are delivered by the Purdue Educators.
