Learn Hands only CPR
Jeffersonville, Ind. (June 24, 2019)— Clark Memorial Health is sponsoring a local CPR Challenge with area fire departments on Saturday, June 29 from 9 am to noon.
This event is for anyone who is interested in an overview of what to do in a cardiac emergency. Clark Memorial Health and local First Responders are teaming up to teach hands-only CPR (chest compressions). When the heart stops, brain damage starts to occur within six minutes. The national average response time from local emergency responders is eight minutes. Learn how to do chest compressions to help save lives. Join us at one of these locations.
